The first is a 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom Penthouse that is 5800 square feet with a 3000 square feet of terrace & balconies. It is Amazing! It is the entire top floor of the Cristal Building at Las Palomas and can sleep a max of 12 people. As you can see the elevator comes directly into the condo.
The second is a 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo in the Cabrillo building that is 2172 square feet. Cabrillo 1501 is beautifully appointed and sleeps 8 max. There two King beds plus a Queen bed with a twin bunk bed above.
The third is Cristal 403 which is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo of 1270 square feet and sleeps 6 max. This condo is one of the few designs where the two bedrooms face the ocean. There is also a small bonus room with a trundle bed. You can use it instead of opening & closing the sofa bed in the living area.
The fourth is Cordoba 1105 which is a 1 bedroom 1 bath 1,140 square feet condo with a Murphy bed as well as a sofa bed. Beautifully upgraded with wood cabinetry & floor tile, it sleeps 4 persons.
